Obtaining Reviews and Approvals

Glenn-funded research reports can be submitted to GLTRS by making it part of the NASA Report Series. Provide a properly executed and signed Document Availability Authorization (DAA) form DAA (Document Availability Authorization) (NASA Form 1676) and a Technical Publication Processing form (NASA C–22, available to Glenn only) to the Publishing Services Coordination Office along with a paper or electronic version of the complete report.

  • DAA (Document Availability Authorization)  — NF1676 Required to release all STI external to NASA or at internal conferences at which foreign nationals may be expected to be present. Available from the HQ forms server.
  • Technical Publication Processing  — NASA C–22 (available to Glenn only)
